The New Ban System!

based on what... skaterat showed us, i decided to make a system...
i can change the color of ranks! which finally came in handy!
describing of the ranks!
Warning #1 - you did a small thing... nothing too bad!
Warning #2 - you did a bigger thing this time!
Warning # 3 - Last warning before a ban!
Warning # 4 - banned!
Note: when you get this warning! you will not get your rank... if you are a special member/moderator/admin, you will be removed...
colors on the ranks!
green for # 1
yellow for # 2
orange for # 3
red for banned
i hope you understand, even if " one person doesn't follow the rules" it messes up the forum!

Also,2nd warning's color has been fixed.

It's a forum that ONLY MODS,ADMINS AND OWNERS can see it.

And also,when someone posts a username on it,the mods disscut if he will get 1st warning or the second,third and getting even banned form the forums.
